Who am I
Games are the ultimate form of multimedia. That's why I strive to make the best of every project I am part of. It's also a form of media where I can be involved multi disciplanary, whether it's art, code, or design. I love to do it all.
My game industry journey started in 2005. Since then I worked on various projects as a 3D artist, a C# programmer, tech artist, tools programmer, pipeline streamliner, or all of the above.
My main tools are Blender, Photoshop, Unity and C#, 3DsMax, Maxscript.
In my spare time I like to do some minipainting, play Minecraft with the kids, play other peoples games, experiment with gameplay ideas, dabble in Godot, play some D&D, or just take a walk.

Story Giant Games
With a small team from Blue Giraffe we restarted as Story Giant Games. We kept working on Text Express, which also switched publishers. After Text Express we started on Summer Match 3D, which in turn served as a basis for Island Match 3D.
Because we were a small team of six people I was responsible for the main 3D art, character modeler, charcter rigging in blender, pipeline integration, and other tech art responsibilties. Next to that I implented gameplay, implemented the UI and it’s animations, and I made various tools for the designer.
Shipped games:
Text Express, Summer Match3D, Island Match3D
2016 - 2021
Blue Giraffe Games
When I started with Blue Giraffe I came in at the end of the production of Heart's Medicine 2. I came in as a 3D artist, but soon I was also implementing the games story in the inhouse engine. For Hearts Medicine I continued my making Maxscript tools to streamline the art processes.
And with Text Express I got to expand that with blender python extentions and tools in Unity with C#.

3D Capacity
A small venture outside of the game industry. With 3D Capacity I worked on a VR solution for a major construction developer. Where we converted the CAD drawings into realtime houses to be viewed on the Oculus glasses. The prospecting buyers could walk in their future home and could view multiple interiors and construction variants.
I worked as hybrid 3D artist, tech artist, and c# progammer on this project, and developed multiple Maxscript tools to streamline the work flow.
